I am a three year old loved and pampered cat named Max. July was not a good month for me. Dr. Zepeda was wonderful with me! I needed surgery and spent several days at the clinic. Dr. Zepeda saved my life. I heard my mom and dad say how thorough and gentle both vets were with me and how well they explained my problem. The vets followed up by phone after my procedures and I heard mom say how she were the best vets they had been to in 34 years in Tucson. The vet techs were very caring and kind of spoiled me. ﾠNow I am home, back to wellness, socializing with my brother, Eddie. My mom asked me to help her write this review. I love Dr. Zepeda and her staff. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I brought my dog Maya in for a tooth cleaning and Dr. Zepeda found two malignant cancers on her belly. After consulting with me first, I told her to remove the tumors. Maya did very well after the surgery and she is a happy healthy dog now. Fees were very well explained.
I've been taking my animals to Valencia Animal Hospital since they opened. I have to say I think the sun rises & sets in Dr. Zepeda. She is down to earth, caring, understanding and takes such good care of my critters. The staff is friendly, helpful & always answers my questions & gets me in whenever I have an emergency. I wouldn't take my critters anywhere else. If I don't understand something they take the time to explain and often offer alternatives. As vet hospitals go this gets an A+ from me and my animals. I have a skittish shy aussie who, after getting inside & given a few minutes to settle down just loves the Vet & the Staff. So much so she gives "kisses" which is unusual for her to "kiss" a stranger. They're the best!
